Hiro is a PhD student at the Chair of CAAD developing fabrication tools adapting for heterogeneous materials, such as tooling wood by reading wood grains. He studied material engineering at Waseda University in Japan and researched tangible media interaction at CoDe Lab and dFab both in Carnegie Mellon University in the States.
